I fished the Port Clinton side of the Bay Bridge on Saturday, 1/31/15. There were about 12 fishermen, 14 inches of ice and minimal snow cover. The water was clear and only a small amount of current. I fished wax worms on ice jigs without success, switched to small hooks and emerald shiners and caught 9 yellow perch from 6-9.5 inches. Another guys used jigs and wax worms, layed them in the mud and caught lots of 5-6 inch perch. The camera showed many white perch but none would bite. I spoke with one guy who was on the lake off Camp Perry and his group of 12 only landed 2 walleye. pretty tough day everywhere. Be safe
