Title: Your kids bored?
Post by: crv423 on March 04, 2015, 05:57:18 PM
My son wasn't off the bus for 5minutes, I'm bored dad. Grabbed a hand auger, vex, two rods, and a tub of waxxies, lets go out infront of the boat ramp next to the house. I will let the picture tell you the rest of the story.

Awesome catch CRV423!  Did it come from Alum Creek?  Length & weight of fish, not your son.

48" I didn't weigh it. caught it on the smallest blue silver pimple tipped with a wax worm, ultra light rod, 4lb test. It took 40mins. plus to get it in and a very cold wet arm to get it threw the hole.

Looks like Dave won't have to donate any more fish to you for awhile.  That muskie should feed your family for a week or two.
