IFO wear sounds good to me. Doesn't need to be a pro staff thing, we can just do IFO and show our support for our site and our favorite sport.

Talked to Dave a little on saturday about it. Sounds like his plate is full on possibly getting them where we did a couple years ago. Sounds like a dozen people so far. Ill see what I can do and maybe whip up some kind of design and have everybody approve it?

I am working with a company that is doing shirts for the Columbus Fishing Expo.
The Company is called Rayjus. www.rayjus.com (http://www.rayjus.com)
They have a hooded sweatshirt. Check out the designs and I can have her produce a Pro Staff and Member Jersey mock up and see what the cost woudl be for us to order.
The only problem is the season might be over before we get them. Usually takes 4 weeks.

I'm interested, still have the original sweatshirt and love it. I'd like a new pro staff hoody and just regular Ifo wear would be cool too.

ok guys heres what i know. i had visioned a sweatshirt with logos and sponsors on the front and down the sleeves and possibly name on the back. this stuff is EXPENSIVE! so unfortunatly this isnt a fast and simple thing like i hoped. the desing is the easy part, the payment is not so easy. ive called a couple places and im hearing $75+ a shirt.... no bueno.
maybe somebody else has a contact or ideas???

That's not to bad compared to the money we spend on other equipment. I'm still in as long as I get a heads up ahead of time.

I buy shirts and logo stuff for work all the time and deal with quit a few vendors. I buy t-shirts for as low as 7 bucks. They are all in the north east ohio area. I dont know where you want to order them from. But there is usually a 50 or 60 buck set up fee plus the shirt and the more you put on it the more it cost.
I can get some names and numbers if needed.

Not sure what you are exactly looking for but can tell you a group I do work with and have an event sponsored by stepped up and bought us all shirts with the sponsors on them. They were from rayjus. In my opinion, the material and durability of them where better than the year one pro staff sweatshirts ordered here from Gemini. No pilling or fading after a full summer/fall events/tournies. They were not a cheap sweatshirt and are pretty damn cool. Fwiw. My feeling, if you are going to do it, do it right and give all the sponsors the respect for stepping up and supporting this site.
If I am ranting a bit so be it but alot went into getting the best price on those decals using top notch materials that would withstand the ice conditions and last through the years only to receive zero credit and lesser quality duplicates from others in the following years.
As far as the shirts, same thing there. I know Dave spent alot of time and effort to ensure a top professional looking shirt from Gemini.

My dad can make the stickers he did them the first year. it was IFO in black on a white oval.

I've got a designer working on some demo's for us to check out and I will post pics as soon as I get them. We will evaluate them and decide which one to proceed with.

Jim... Not sure where you came up with that?? I had these made year one with Dave h approval. They either had pro staff rocker on top or that was blank. Lesser quality ones followed that were in a few colors. They did not hold up to any weather what so ever. The original design is still going strong as of tonight.
As far as the shirts, do it right and go with raygus or Gemini. The sponsors pay good money to support this site and we should represent professionally.
If it sounds like I am ranting, probably. Alot of work went into the decals and my personal time as well to ensure a quality item was displayed by members.
