Title: Clam Customer Service

Guys,
Just wanted to give a little props to Clam Corp. I received a Clam Expedition as a gift last christmas. Used it several times over the course of last season. After about the third time out I noticed tears in the fabric around the hubs. I contacted them and they requested I take pictures of the damage. I did and they told me to fish with the shanty the rest of the season and deal with it over the summer months. During the summer, I contacted them and they had me cut and photo the logos out of the shanty. Upon sending them the photos, I had a response the same day. They sent me out a new Clam Base Camp shanty to replace the expedition, since it was no longer being produced. (After using it last year, I could see why) The customer service department was quick and efficient in the handling of my claim and the best part is that they stood behind their product as you would hope a good company would! I know we have choices when it comes to spending our money. It is good to know when one of our sponsors has an issue with their product, they stand behind it. Thanks Clam Corp!!
