Absolutely the worst conditions I've ever fished. Several called and cancelled last minute, others didn't launch at all, and those (4) of us that fished wished we hadn't. Wind was brutal, lake was 48 degrees and chocolate milk, dead fish were everywhere and the stench was horrible. No docks were in at the ramp, and all but 1 lane was closed because of debris and floating trees. We fished all over and we both found the same cove with clearer and warmer (by one degree) water. We picked it apart for 2 hours and got nothing and by 12:30 we decided to cancel the tournament. Not a bite or a fish was caught. But the summer tournaments will go on as planned, as Edgewater public ramps are open!

wow that sounded like a train wreck, im hoping to get in up by lorain at the lighthouse soon.. :D just waiting for water temps and a nice day....untill then just piddle around in the mud puddels that are called lakes around here hehehehe...so slab i hope your season rocks , seems you got a good start good luck....
