hit the east side of the lake by the boat ramp from around 11 to five caught a few small perch lost a big walleye bottom of hole, a little sloppy on top but ice still holding between 9 and ten inches, was able to walkoff with no issues.

been hitting it pretty hard the last couple days marking alot of fish but very few takers anyone have any ideas why they arent hitting, my usual spots that produce well just not working out so far

if your by the ravenna area check out mark's bait and tackle on rt. 14 he has a great selection of lures and anything else your looking for

drove by west branch this evening, west side of rock springs rd. all froze over east side still had open areas. going to check out by the campgrounds in the morning will post how it looks

drove by west branch yesterday 2/6/2016 still some ice in the coves, hopefully it will lock up enough to get on by this weekend. will keep everyone posted

sure hopeing it holds out to, west branch was cracking and popping louder than i can remember. one time right under my shanty made my ass pucker!!!

i park at the gravel lot on rock spring road then head west. haven't check the east end of the lake yet. if i get a chance today i will head out to the boat ramp by the dam and check and let everyone know.

hit west branch again today bite was slow at best alot of fish on the vex, picked up three white bass and one crappie. stayed east of rockspring road a good five inches of ice.

drilled about a dozen holes in 8 to 12 feet of water, average was about 4 inches. picked up two catfish and a white bass jigging minnows

yeah had my vex water was pretty clear for west branch standards
