Hit the lake to day with my uncle. It was slow all day for the most part. Drilled about 30 holes and just kept bouncing around picking one up here and there. Had hole drilled from 10ft to 20ft. There didn't seem to be much of a pattern. The screen would fill up long enough to catch one. Then by the time you got back down they were gone. Chartreuse tungsten head with a red soft plastic tail was my weapon of choice. Uncle was using jigs and meat. We both caught about the same. Ended the day with around 30 good ones. But we fished all day.

  Well I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a Thorne Brother quiver stick stealth. I have been wanting one for a while but I could never wrap my head around paying 100 bucks for a ice rod. If im lucky it will be here by Friday and I can use it this weekend. If not I just might have to take a day or to off next week. I just hope im not disappointed with it because that will suck. BAD.

Im looking for a second flasher so I don't have to keep letting the people that fish with me use my fl18 because I feel bad. Don't have to be pretty just has to work. Thanks
