Made some phone calls today. They do have a city ordinance against it. 952 was added just to cover the reservoir. Section H, I believe, states you may not ice fish. The city manager said they wish they could allow it, but can’t. He stated that since it is used for city water it creates voids under the ice and is unsafe to be on.

Went out Jan 1st and Jan 5th for about an hour each trip. Drilled a few holes not to far from ramp. 5-6 inches of ice. 15-20 small perch each outing. My 4 year old caught his first fish through the ice! Nice big hills for sledding also if taking kids for a winter outing.
