Lost ice at Moundwood?
« on: December 18, 2016, 06:15:21 PM »

I didn't get up today. Can anyone confirm first hand that we lost our ice at Moundwood, or is this false information? I'm going to check tomorrow after work if the ice is still on at the channel mouth.

Was out there this afternoon and the ice was fine. Fish weren't. Did catch 1 and heard another guy caught 1. Water was muddy and full of leaves and trash.

I checked it tonight Ryan. Out by the mouth there is still at least 4 1/2 inches. Maybe more. Water is still muddy. I only fished it for 45 min. Marked 4 no bites. Slow everywhere I tried today. One crappie, few keeper gills and some dinks, one perch and one baby largemouth
