With all the craziness due to the baby coming, I didn't have a lot of time to put anything together for this season. However, I'm working on a date and plan for next season.
The event will be at Mosquito per original plan. I'll be finalizing rules and any feedback would be great as far as suggestions go. I've been reading old posts, so I've got a few ideas, but would welcome any more input. I'll have a list of rules up soon as well as a breakdown for prizes. There will be a panfish (crappie, bluegill, perch) pot and a walleye pot. Also there will be a biggest odd fish pot. That way those who chase the whiskered walleye can win some money!!
I'm thinking of having some shirts printed up for team north and team south as well as possibly some north or south shanty flags that can be flown as well. The items can be reused as I'm wanting this to be an annual event. Or each year could have new merchandise with that year. Thoughts??? With each year alternating home water.
Also, I'll start another thread for voting what everyone thinks would be a good line of demarcation for north and south. Voting would be appreciated so as to know what lakes fall in what zone.
