Checked ice yesterday and was 11/2" at east end. Sunday or Monday should be good. I'll give u a report tomorrow on ice. I'm ready for round 2 myself! 🎣🎣

Any update on the ice?

I don't want to miss this short window (if it opens), but need to tell my boss by 5pm today, if I want to take off work tomorrow. Don't want to burn a vacation day without ice!

I just drove by there on the way to Indian. I didn't check ice but there were close to a dozen shanties out. Middle part of the lake

Was out today and there was 4" of solid ice. Bites was slow. Heading out tomorrow to  find them.

I doubt it will hold up, it was making ice tonight.

I know 4 inches is supposed to be good. I like to see at least 5 before I can relax. I'm going to try and head there in the morning.

Ice was 5" and clear only 3 gills in a hour.

60 blues today.  Started biting after noon. 5"solid ice. Gone to hit it tomorrow before the rain. Had to find them.
