The second annual IceFishOhio.com Mosquito Lake Walleye/Crappie Tournament will be held on Saturday February 12Th.
Rules:
1.This is a 6 fish Crappie and 6 fish Walleye tournament.
2.The heaviest combined weight by a team is the winner.
3. You can have as many rods as you like with you but can only use 2 at the same time per team member. An example is 1 dead stick and one jigging or 2 of the same for each angler. You must have both rods by you. You can not have your dead stick far away.
4. This is a walking event. You must Take off and weigh in out of the Causeway Sporting Goods location. Everyone is to check back in for safety purposes even if you get skunked.
5. We are fishing north of the Causeway. You may go to the boey lines this year. We cannot test the ice everywhere on the lake. You are entering this event at your own risk and understand that it is your responsibility to test the ice! Stay away from open water around the causeway!
6. 1 pound per minute late to the weigh in. You will be disqualified after 5 minutes. Time your walk to ensure you get back in time.
7.Big Walleye and big Crappie pot included in entry fee.
8. 3 IceFishOhio.com Pro Staff teams will fish for free for helping with check in and weigh-in. They do not take away from the 75 teams allowed to enter.
9.Must provide a 5 gallon bucket for your fish. Each team member must place fish in one bucket and be outside of the shanty for inspections during the event. Do not leave your fish unattended.

The nightly room rate is $69 per night plus tax. This is for double occupancy. You must mention you are fishing the tournament. This also includes a hot breakfast for us. Eggs, Bacon and all the rest for 2 anglers per room. You cant beat that!
