Be careful at L.I. I'm going to Columbus tomorrow so I won't be around. Let me know how your ice was. Be careful getting on.

We're sitting at 9 degrees and calm right now, but by 7am it's going to be 4 with a windchill of -7. (Translation) DON'T GET WET.
Good Fishin'

well, i didn't fish, but i pounded a lot of ice. knox lake has some good ice, at the shallow end, but you need to spud your way around. lots of open water at the deep end. talked to a couple guys fishing the shallow end. said they fished there thursday and there was open water halfway across, that froze overnite. the gravel pit close to home suffered from the rain, and looked really shakey, but i would have fished it if i wasn't alone. gonna get out early tomorrow and try where the guys were today and see if i can get some cool cats. use your spud bars, and be careful.
