That pic is long island! some guy told me @ the parking lot that its 5-7" I checked 10 spots and the most I got was 3" I didn't see anyone checking the ice as they were walking out.
I really cant stress it enough, but check your ice even if you see people.

Ice is as strong as you can get it is clear and is building more I had 4 inches at Blackhawk and the ice was popping all night so I am guessing 5 inches by Saturday or more but as always check before you go and go with a buddy

saw one truck at long island around 10 today. whats up with that parking area? the truck was parked there but the area had posted signs everywhere??? mikes bait shop said they been catching some nice gills in lucys pond, was the only report i got
