We got on the ice early this morning at Indian Lake. Had a steady bite of Bluegill, Crappie and some guys reporting Perch in our spot. Other areas of the lake gave up good catches of Saugeye!
If you don't fish Indian Lake, or haven't in a while, it's prime time to make the trip!
Ice was 5" and is crystal clear.
A good early bite can be found all over the lake!
We left with 33 Monster Bluegill and some nice Crappie to boot.
Pics to follow, I have some fish to clean!

Awesome! Congrats on the catch!

Lets see some pics! only 3 more hours left of the 12 hour work day and then it's fish on!

I'm heading there in the morning. I'm thinking long island or lucy's.

I fished Lucy's today got them just off the bottom on colored spikes. After sorting I had 21 gills that were 8"-10" long. Got nothing on waxies or minnows.

The ice is good in the reserve and on saturday was good at Cranberry and Acheson's.
Got my fish on Black 3mm Tungsten jigs tipped with several spikes. Dinks were thieving my spikes when I just had one or two on.
I also got them when I tipped with a Northland Impulse minnow. I pulled the tail in half and turned it upward. Pink/white.
