70 Years old and giving up Ice Fishing Med . size jet sled, Strikemaster 6 inch lazer auger w/ 3sets of blades at least 6 st Croix rods w/reels some new line in box Ice cleats Spud bar Bunch of jamin jigs Ice Armor Blue Suit xl Gloves and hat all Ice armor. Was at Long Island today, Man went through Ice about 40ft from shore, Lost all equipment but got off ok other than being wet, Seen 2 sets of tracks at Black Hawk but nobody on Ice while I was there.

The Dockdabber in Delphos is ready, been using a ice rod jigging bottom for big gills in quarry from boat.

Ever since they sold that site the quality of it has gone way down. It is so slow now it is a real paine to even go there.

I fish with a great bunch of guys who are all more than capable of calming a situtation like you had. Were on Indian almost every day. If we should encounter any one like you ran into, rest assured we will go ahead and rip their toungs out for you, and at the same time keep right on fishing. Hang in there

Dockdabber was at IL today also, and I really didn!t see any Ice I would get on except at Long Island. Talked to Mike and was advised to either go to Long Island or stay on shore. Everybody at LI was bunched up and not far out. Will go back next wk when everybody goes back to work. Will hit the ponds until then.

Dockdabber here, Live in Delphos,Oh Ice fishing is the greatest. Most of the time I fish ponds for gills and crappie. Would love to get into perch fishing and saugeye but not many ponds hold them. Would like to go to IL more often but prefer to go with someone who fishes the lake often. Retired so can go during the week anytime.. Anyone interested in a new fishing pal give me sign. Thanks
