Title: Went by Alum Today
Post by: davidhoheisel on January 04, 2010, 09:52:34 PM
I drove by the creek at the Galena ramp. This is a good spot for crappie. It does not look like anyone has been on it yet. Also, the water is at least 15 feet low and i looked at the bank and am wondering how hard it will be to get down the bank. Also i am not sure how it will affect the fish.

I know CRV will get out soon and check it for us.

new galena is off africa straight across from beach, the cove next to africa freezes first, good gill, crappie, and ocasional eye, spot. if the ice is good there will be shanties grouped up on the hole.
