If you could only take one lure out on the ice, which one would it be?
-
Thats a tuff one. I would have to go with a Vibe because it will catch saugeyes and crappies.

I would take out a spider/ant

My go to lure is the gill pill.
-
mines not a lure but a hook, i've always had good luck on a colored octapus hook and minnow when times are tough.

my would be a tear drop in glow with a wax
-
#12 green /glow moon jig tipped with wax worm
-
i would have to say a pimple, it's a great all around lure to me
-
Mamushka in glow perch, it's big enough to draw in an eye, and small enough to look apetizing to a gill. You can tip them with cut minnows or any kind of grub from maggots to mousies and still get a natural look.
-
mine is the sweedish pimple tipped with a piece of minnow, plus the aid of a vexilar.I cant begin to tell you how many more fish I've caught with the vex. It's almost to the point of playing a video game .
-
i have to say a pimple also.....has anyone tried berkley gulp minnows yet ??? real shinners are had to come by here....
-
i use gulp minnows some days they will take it over live minnows and some days they will not touch it
