I was out Friday off Bonner ramp from 7am till 5 pm and had three bites to show for it! Marked a lot of fish till about ten then a few here and there till about one and not much after that! It was a tough day for me to say the least! I had 6-8 inches... Also heard the same thickness off the roadbed area!

Don't know how much ice the guys on the roadbed were sitting on but be extremely careful going north of the roadbed! 200-300 yards (maybe more) north of the roadbed on the east side of the lake is a decent section of open water! Lots of geese keeping it open..also saw some open water south of 224! Be careful and use that spud bar or drill your way out!

My buddy said he saw two shanties off of 225...   And another buddy drove across 14 and said it was covered as far as he could see!

Thanks Chuck!  Buddy drove over Milton and meander and said both were ice as far as he could see!!! Hope this snow tonight and tomorrow blows out and off the ice!

Just thought I would start a new thread on ice conditions at Berlin! Can't wait to get out there again so if anyone has seen the lake or checked the ice let us know! Thanks!

Fished monday 2/3 from 730 till dark.... Would have been earlier but I had trouble getting to the spot!  Got one crappie around 9... Missed a couple bites.... With one crappie for 5 hours of fishing decided to move... Tried a different spot mid afternoon and marked lots of fish but couldn't get them to commit... Moved to another spot and after the 40th hole I drilled today I was done!  Started in 17 fow and all the way up to 12 fow produced fish! Ended up with 1 catfish, 4 gills, 6 crappie and 9 walleye In the last 2 hours of the day! Only problem with that is didnt get an eye over 12 inches! Lol gills were alright7 inches... Crappie were small! But found some fish on a new spot! Always a good thing!
