Shappell 3000.  Cabin style with the floor hatches.  Very nice.  ;D
Throwing ice cubes in the lake all summer long!

A two holer made out of wood, weighs a few hundred pounds, has heat, air conditioning, and lights. This winter will be the first time for it to be on the ice. I cant WAIT to pull the first fish through the floor!

I just picked up my first shanty. I couldn't afford to spend a lot, so I got a Pak shack one man. I am hoping that my wife got me a two man pop up for Christmas, then I'll just sell the Pak shack.

I have a Otter Wild 1. I absloutly love that shanty. Its a little heavy but not bad and built like a tank. Also have a clam expedition. I like it also but not for windy days and when Im by myself

Have the Frabill 2 man Trekker.  Love it.  If I was to get a new one, I'd get the new Frabill with the upgraded swivel padded seats and the gear sled built in the shanty.

got a clam guide 2 man the 1st year cabelas opened up in mi. bought the clam kenai 1 man last year, was tired of pulling the guide - 85 lbs. empty. never sit in the shanty much, use it as a base camp & the seat is comfortable. took 1 seat off the guide & mounted it where the bench seat was on the kenai. going to do a few more modifications on the kenai for this year.

Had a Frabill Recon DLX, sold it 2 years ago and upgraded to a Commando. Last year I bought a Trekker 2 man so I could take my Dad out with me since he was the one that got me into hard water fishing. I was talking to customer service at Frabill about upgrading the trekker with the hard shell sled and seats.

All I want is the basic Clam Trapper, not the II. It's light and roomy enough for me. The chair comes out and I can sit out on the ice if I want. Not this season, but it's on the list!! ;D

Have a Clam Nanook and it's served me very well; but if I had my choice think I'd purchase an Otter or Eskimo... large 1-man or small 2-man flipover style too.
