Ordered some replacement auger blades from them last night. Sometimes my mouse is sensitive and I placed the same order twice. Figured I would call them this morning as it was almost midnight but to my surprise they immediately called me and canceled the second order for me. Thought it was really nice they caught the mistake and took care of it right away.
