Fished a large public park pond today near Dayton and 3 us us struggled to find fish ( 2 different shanties, I was loner) they stayed in 1 spot most of the day with a 15.5" LM Bass and 1 nice gill so they camped on it while i moved at least a dozen times to find some fish, after 11 moves, I hadnt marked a fish or seen any with camera and vex. Last hole slowly produced some nice fish for me as I picked up in 17 FOW, with a small blue rocker jig and tipped with 2-3 spikes, 8 gills from 8.5 to 9.25" and 3 bass, 15", 16" and 17.75" so it turned out to be a nice trip bu the first 6 hrs without even seeing a fish was quite frustrating.
Here are some pics.

Way to scratch them out!
It's been a tough bite for me lately but I may give it a shot this evening.
Was planning on taking my girlfriends kids out today but the youngest has a throat infection.

Nice job finding those fish. Always make me feel better when I find them. Now I just need to pull a nice bass threw the ice.

Theres a good point here. Don't wait for the fish. Go find them. I hate staying in one spot. Wait, I think I may have ADHD. ???
