Went out of Cabin Beach on the Ohio side on Monday and Tuesday, fished from 12 to 18 feet of water. Caught some nice jumbo perch and bluegill, a big cannel cat and a few small walleye. Ice was 14 to 16 inches thick. Didn't see anyone else on the lake until Tuesday evening when it warmed up a little. Only a few inches of snow on the ice. One large expansion crack, but everything was solid. I have a aquaview and saw some nice walleye of all sizes. The cold and getting close to 60 kept me from moving to find the fish, but had a blast. Hope that helps.

Fished cabin beach area today, was bout 15-20 min drag which wasn't too bad. Had marcum underwater camera to help, was in 12' water and saw numerous perch and walleye but only caught 1dink perch and a nice 20" eye on perch lookin jiggin rap. Lots of lookers, few takers. Tight lines guys...good luck

Went out of the campground Friday. Drag was a little tough but had worse. Fished 14 to 17 feet. Got a few small eyes and crappie. Nothing for the ride home. Was a nice day . Ice I would guess at 19 inches. Took the whole auger twist before breaking through. Water look extremely clean. Parking lot was slick and ice for a vehicle. Should be better with the warmer weather to soften the big chunks in the road.

Went out this weekend, snow laid down this past week and was hard frozen Saturday morning. Easiest pull I've had all year. Ice was in great shape. Probably 5 inches of snow on the ice loosened up today in the warmer weather but should freeze up again tonight. Fishing for me was slow, only a few crappie, several bluegill and lots of perch, mostly throwbacks. Saw Walleye on the aquaview, but couldn't get them to bite. The lake will get messy through the week with rising temps so if you want to go, I would get up there soon.
