Just talked to some guys coming in off the west side of 43 by the boat house. They said the ice is 10". I think we are good to go for a while now.

I just got off of the east side of congress lake road. The ice is 4 inches there. The west side, by the culvert, is open. Can't say about the sunnybrook area but I suspect it's less.

No, didn't talk to anyone. They were too far out and I wasn't dressed for walking in the ice. Did notice that a good part of the west side was open water though.

Just an update. Drove by today, 2 shanties out east ways. Will be out there tomorrow.
