Wow, i totally just powered my outside lights with the energy coming out of this video!! The ice suit is a little dark during the driveway exercises dont know if its possible to shed some light on it at this point though! Awsome job,love the enthusiasm.keep up the good work!

Nice work!  I wish I was in as good a shape as you are. Those push ups and pull ups are a distant memory for me!  ;D (Never tear your rotator cuff)   >:(
