We went out from the causeway in 7 to 11 ft. of water. One word explains it all. SKUNKED. The low pressure was on top of us all day and I think it just shut them all off. I marked several fish but would not bite. They would just come up look and run. I tried everything I had. At least 10 different Vib-es, Jigging Raps in various sizes and colors, Swedish Pimples, Lindy Darters and some Northland jigs. They didn't even Live minnows rigged several different ways. I tried dead minnows just to be sure. Ill be back up next week some time to try it again.

Thats why its called fishing I guess sorry about your luck. Hopefully the fishing will get better up  North of the causerway. Sometimes small spoons tipped with a minnow head will produce at Mosquito when they are tight lipped. Good luck next time out. I will be heading out from the 305 ramp on Saturday and  Sunday.
