Graet Day at Spencer Lake

Had fun yesterday.
Fished in 7 FOW.
Used a small red glow on the south side.
Left with 40 gills (3 fish ohio).
Bite was great in the morning then the sun came out and everything slowed down.
Hope for cold weather next week!!!

Also got my 3 yr old daughter on the ice for the first time Sunday.
I think she is "hooked" for life.

what is a red glo jig
It is a 1/32 moon jig. It looks white in the light but glows pink/red in the darker water .
Gonna try to get back out on Wednesday after a Dr appt.

We got a couple 7-8" crappie... too small for my liking.. they were pretty skinny.
Ice was still good as of 530 last night.
