Drove by C-5, a.k.a bluegill bay and this is what I saw..... :'(  Today at 2 pm, most of the bay, and the whole lake for that matter, was open water.
Inland Guide Service: Servicing NE Ohio lakes: Deer Creek, Atwood, Berlin, Dale Walborn, PLX, and Nimisila; for crappie, bluegill, saugeye, and walleye.

Thanks SS for the update and the pic.

I was wondering about that place since its shallow & somewhat wind protected.  I guess Thursday night's  high winds didnt help matters.

Bet it'll be iced over by Saturday morning.  I'll check it out Monday, 1/16

(On my way home from work this morning  Friday 1/13, I drove past Nesmith Lake at 8:00am.  It was wide open too.
