Title: Fishing the dam??
Post by: Lsei001 on February 05, 2015, 02:14:25 PM
Thinking about trying out fishing near the dam close to the gates. I'm not sure if it's as safe though due to the water movement going right under the ice. Anyone have any thoughts or fished there this year?

Also, if anyone has an old/extra fish finder they are looking to get rid of please let me know. Looking to make a purchase on one here soon.
Thanks!

I've fished near the dam in years past doesn't seen to have thinner ice. But as always carry a spud bar. I could be close by this Saturday and Sunday if I see someone I'll come out and say hey I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to talk seeing that there are no saugeye in alum ;)
