Great news! I went to the marina rededication, and spoke with a park official. He informed me that the docks and ramps will stay in place, and will be fishable from November through April.
-
That's great
-
Outstanding!
-
Great to hear. Looking forward to the dock tourney already.
-
Such good news - longer drive for me going towards but we'll worth it!
-
Which docks?
-
Alum creek marina
-
that is great :)

I didn't get to the 1 last year, so I hope to have them this year.
-
That's great news! I can't wait to break out the gear and knock off the cobwebs.
-
Can someone post local directions to these docks ? Couple years ago was going to go but google directions were kind of vague.
Bit of a drive for me but anxious to try some of me new equipment for this year.
-
Message sent.
-
Directions sent also,glad to help.
-
When do we start? This week? Had all my gear ready a month ago.
-
In the first post it says November to April. I would think first weekend in November but it hasn't been posted exact dates.
-
Getting closer. Can't wait to get on the docks again. Will be great to see everyone again. Seems like forever since I have seen all of you. See all of you shortly.
-
Disappointed I won't be able to make the first tourney. Will be in Buffalo, NY on a smallmouth charter on Erie. Should be a lot of fun.
-
I hope to make it down there this year. I don't participate in tourneys but wouldn't mind watching others that do . Unless you guys object to someone fishing there with tournament underway.
-
Whether you fish the tourney or not papaperch, you should try and make it to some of the dock tourneys and meet a bunch of great people. It's all about fun.
