Back at it today. Everything the same as yesterday as far as fish and locations. Only difference was less crappie and more bass. Got some really nice bass. If I was in a tournament I’d probably have weighed in about 15 pounds. Ice was slicker than snot, deteriorating only slightly. It was holding at least 8” plus. Just felt good getting some big ones again!!

Those bass are always a challenge on pan fish gear, nice catch and release............. ;)

Slab, the background in your picture tells me your location,my two buddies were there Tuesday and did pretty good on the crappies....... :) :) :)

There are massive crappie in that place. If you know where to look! One of my favorite ice fishing spots. Especially when catching a 3-4 pound bass is always a good possibility.

I have too find your blow up fish supplier joel hahaha nice , I wonder if this weekend will be fishable, today is out , rain is coming down sideways in waves .
-
I think it’ll depend on snow totals. If we don’t get a lot of snow, I think by Sunday morning it’ll be fishable. Every time I check the forecast it’s something different. Well know by tomorrow morning what the ice will be like long term.

Same here. Everything, both my trucks, driveway, trees are all encased in ice. I wish we wouldn’t get any snow, just an ice storm and we’d be ok for sure!
