Title: Private Pond 12/28/13

Fished a private close to my house today from 10:30 to 2:30. 3 to 5" of ice. Fished in 13' of water. Water stained. Caught 40 gills and kept 31, 7-1/2 to 9-1/2". Lost 3 nice fish on 2# test, not sure what they were but I think bass. Caught most of the fish on medium yellow green tear drop with double flutter blades with waxies. Through out the column from on the bottom to 3' deep. Nice day to be on the ice. Snow turned to water by the time I came off.

that's the kind of catch that makes me feel good , wish we had good ice here on the east side of ohio...good job , break out the electric knife 8)
