ice conditions as of 1/6/15

The lake is 100% locked up. Not even any goose holes!  I did a complete drive around and ice check. Here's the results:
C6 boat launch=1" slushy ice.
C5 campground bay=1 1/2" slushy ice.
Falcon restaurant bay=1" very slushy ice. This area was open not long ago.
Pizza bay=1" slushy ice.
Main St boat ramp=1 1/2" with slush on top. This was the best ice. Some of the middle ice looked a lot better than the shoreline. I think by Friday morning well be good to go here. I'll post pics when I get home.

Is there a new ramp at C-4 now?  C-4 is the large lot immediately north of the campground entrance.  Are you talking about the south boat launch ramp at C-6?  Pic looks like the C-6 ramp.

Didn't check it personally, but got a reliable report is still not quite ready yet. That was for C-5 area. Not sure of other parts. I'll be there Friday morning and report then.
