What lakes didn't thaw completely???

I checked three lakes in the Portage Co area and all three had shell ice only. One hit with the spud and right through. All spots were snow covered. I know of one lake that didn't thaw completely BOTH melts and is still over 3"  a few feet off shore. but private :( Any news?

I checked a couple private places as I plowed today and same thing.  Complete melt and 1-2 inches of lousy ice with as much snow on top.  It'll freeze up, but will be a slow process.
