I was on ogf the other day and they had a post that stated that you have to have your name address and phone number on your shanty per odnr. Someone said they looked it up and that it is a requirement on your shanty. Even a portable.
I am going to ad it to my shanty to make sure i am in compliance.
If anyone knows for sure please let us know.

Let it Freeze, you have to have it on your shanty no matter where you are fishing. this is from the ODNR website.
ICE ANGLERS may use holes no larger than 12 inches in diameter. In Lake Erie ice anglers may use holes no larger than 12 inches in width. Ice anglers may not use more than 6 tip-ups and 2 rods per person. All shelters and tip-ups must display the name and address of the owner or user in English lettering.

ALL shelters and tip-ups have to have your info on them. I was told a few years ago by a DNR Officer the reason for that was because of theft of ice shantys so they could identify whose it is and too many people would make home made shantys and leave them on the ice when they decided it was to heavy or not what they wanted.

I have "BANKER" on mine. You all will know who it belongs to! Feel Free to come up and fish with me if you do see me out there. Seems like we will be out sooner than later this year! Love IT!
