Being from Cincinnati, I appreciate your replies. It sure helps me plan my trip to Indian. With the warm weather coming, it will be a little while for more good ice.Our furnace quit last night so I have some work to do anyhow!!! GLAD YOU HAD FUN !!!

Thanks, my friend. This weeks temps were good but next weeks forecast is not. Highs-low 40's Lows - around 32. Just have to be patient and wait a bit longer.Anyhow, it will give me some time to get over this sinus infection.Looking forward to your next report.

The forecast for hard water at the Indian Lake area has been moved up!! Beginning Jan 7 -Jan 25, 2020 ( 19 consecutive days ) is now predicted with the exception of Jan 15 - not to be above freezing !! Avg High - 28.7 deg.F Avg Low-13.2 deg.F LOOKING BETTER SOONER!!!!!

Just saw the forecast for the Indian Lake area. If correct, starting Jan 30 thru Feb 16,2020 ( with the exception of Feb 7 ), the temps for this 18 day stretch will not be above freezing!! Avg. high=28.3 Avg lows=11.1 LOOKING GOOD !!!

Ready to fish and rod lines tangled? Cheap fix- Separate multiple prepared rods with your favorite jigs attached with plastic golf club tubes. (Normally used in a golf bag for separationof clubs.)Tubes can be cut down to size of your rods. Slide tubes down rod - no tangling!!

Has anyone noticed the long term weather forecast for the Indian Lake area lately? Get ready,guys!! If the forecast is correct, we get temps not above freezing starting 31 Dec thru 22 Jan . Looks like a good season!!!!
