Herd that a man went Thur ice, was in water for 10 min, got out went to hospital and is released. so a good ending. With ice conditions the way the weather been you must take precautions. Just because you see someone on the ice doesent mean it safe allways check ice for you own safety. Using a spud bar as you walk is the best way for me

Ya your right if you take your son or somebody new to ice fishing you want to make them comfortable, not everybody likes to sit on a bucket like you do and a one man is easier to pull, Ive changed the runners on the one I perched from you, twice as easy to pull,
