Title: 1st ICE!!!!

Fished this morning at Mogadore (East End/Palm & Saxe Rd) with Bobberbucket Dave & Mousejam James.

3 inches of ice... kept 5 Gills

EARLIEST I'VE EVER ICE FISHED!

yep its on   :D  good job on the catch  ...I can remember drilling 22 inch of  ice out there  a long time ago.  so now does this mean the guess when first ice is fished is done OR  now heres the clinch   hehehhee   typically safe ice is 4 "  clear.   even though no ice is safe ice..........

I would think 4" clear. But I heard that on some parts of Indian have 4" today!   Wish it was up here.

Any ice left?  I'd like to drill a hole tomm if anyone has any ideas.

After several days over 45 and rain, there will be zero ice anywhere. You have a few weeks before even considering drilling a hole in ice.

As of Turkey Day +1... NAH... Not a chance of any ice except in the freezer
