Talked to Van, he said that they pulled 4 limits yesterday. Mostly 9" -12" with 5 Fish Ohio perch at Fairport Hump in 46fow. So we will be fishing out of Eastlake. Very nice facility with fish cleaning stations and water there at the dock. 8)It's a 10 mile run to the hump . Have been able to get emerald shiners about 2 blocks away from the boat . We stay at a Studio 6 in Mentor, OH which is 10 min. from boat. A double bed room is $49 a night. If you stay 3 consecutive nights it is just over $40 a night. Very handy place to stay, small kitchenette in each room (2 burner stove, microwave and full size refridgerator, plates, glasses and utensils also). The ice machine works great for filling coolers to store your catch! I live in Bradford, OH. It is a 4 hr. 15 min. drive for me.
