Well got skunked on what I assume will be my last trip out this year. Kinda sucks that this years season ended so soon. I know for a fact that the last two seasons ended on the last weekend of February. They also both started around the same time to Dec 16thish. Shorter season means thumbs down in my book. It's short enough as is.

i agree. i'd rather ice fish than eat. soft water's good too, and i'm gonna hit it hard till the ground dries up, then i'm getting ready to move. gonna be building fence, plowing ground and getting back to a better way of living.
