The DNR issued a statement regarding this issue.  The Jawjacker and other Tip-ups or Tip-downs, fall under a blanket category of absentee fishing devices. The same rules apply across the board.

Either it didn't work or I just wasn't on fish today don't wanna give up on them . Will try again if I get out soon
