Very nice and organized. Wish I was! My sled's a mess with everything just tossed in there. It's frusturating sometimes!!

Whoa I like that walker idea! That looks super light can you get both in the back of an SUV or do you have a truck?

very intriguing and the more I look at it the better it gets. I have a wood one posted online I built last year but this would be perfect for inland lakes. Never used pop rivets I guess I could drill and screw.

On the side what did you use as hooks to hold the auger?

I have personally pulled snowcones sled while he pulled my heavy sled so I wouldnt end up going thru the ice for a second time that day. That thing is super easy to pull and extremely light weight. It made me go straight home and rip the heavy bench set out and cut weight any way I could on my otter. Its a very good and sturdy design. I may have to duplicate it for when im using my hub shanty. Have you ever thought about producing them for us that are to lazy to build one or dont have the supplies or know how to buy?

Nice Rig. Great thinking about the walker. I started making one a few years ago and i haven't finished it yet.
I thought about putting a bar about waist high on the back of it and push it instead of pulling it. That ways i could hold onto and help from slipping and falling down.
Even though of putting a foot rest on it and use the other leg to push off and slide across the ice.

Unearthing this old thread due to its great ideas and value.
I have some old lawn chairs up in my garage just waiting to be "re-purposed".
Thanks snowcone!
Love that sound of ice cracking at dawn!

Very nice and organized.
When fish are in schools, they sometimes take debate.
