"Everything is set" the grand marshall said! Everyone in your place. We have rehearsed it over time after time in our heads! Every year the parade and every year it's more amazing than the last keeping us looking forward to the next parade. The only thing that can stand in the parades way is a visitor. She has come before and completely derailed what the grand marshall had plan to do. She does what she wants and the parade has no say in the matter. All year long the grand marshall pleads with her, saying the same thing again and again.
"Mother Nature.....please stop raining on our parade!"
