No more polar plunges this season, IBJ.  It only takes one bad move and you will not be around to help educate others.  Stay safe!

.... Yep....Not going out for atleast a few days., a little more cautious, but certainly with all the safety gear & previously stated requirements:

Dont Go Alone
Spud Bar
Hand Spikes
Whistle
Throw Rope
Ice Cleats
Flotation Suit
