Hit up Nimi the last couple days before the tournament. Ice is a good 5"+ everywhere I fished. The fishing varied. Tuesday was better. But overall got gills large and many small, a few nice crappie, a catfish, and some perch. Mostly pencils, but 3 were over 9".  Bite was extremely light, almost impossible to detect sometimes, even with spring bobbers. We should be good for the tournament.
