Interesting!!  Always figured they all misuse funds.  At least it wasn't as bas as the Stark County Auditor's office.  They let one of theit employees walk out with over $500,000 of taxpayer money in shoe boxes and can't find it now.  And I think it was more than that, but can't remember the number.
