Anyone have eyes on Kiser? Extended forecast looks good for ice next week!
-
I checked out the east side and there's a open area between the beach and the long pier, the ice by the bait house is about 1".
-
Thanks! It is an hour and a half drive for me. Tomorrow looks bad for the prospect of fishable ice, but I really hope to get out this weekend.
-
I went out on the west side by the park office and the ice was 4" last night.
-
I was too afraid to burn a vacation day, but I should have went today.
Hopefully the rain and high temps will not be a major set-back.
Thanks again!
-
The 10-day forecast looks outstanding! Just not sure how much damage the rain did yesterday?
-
Gonna try today or tomorrow if anyone’s looking for someone to go with
-
Went this morning and the ice was 6.5".
-
Thanks! I'm going tomorrow afternoon.

Guppy, was that ice on the west side? did u do any good at all. Kaiser is half way to Indian for me. Might save me some driving. I know you go to CJ but I'm not seeing much about that. I don't like to go there until you can get out from Lookout.

I checked both sides and the ice was the same, and I only fished for a couple hours. I had a buddy check CJ and the ice was 2"
