Title: This Week In Wisconsin
Post by: davek on February 06, 2011, 08:54:29 PM
Greetings Everyone,

The boys and I participated in the Annual Fisheree In Prairie Du Chien, which has been going on for over 60 years. Saturday was a great day, I was tickled to death when the boys told me they wanted to go for the sauger and walleye rather then the panfish. We fished for 8 hours on Sat. icing 7 keepers and throwing back 5 dinks and one lost sheephead (drum). Bretts fish weighed .706 lbs good enough for 2nd and Danny's weighed ,552 for third. We had a blast the largest was 13 1/2 inches. As you'll see from the pics the weekend was tough on Brett. We caught them in 32 FOW off of a yellow Sweedish pimple, and the Jade color pimple tipped with minnows through the back. Gosh its fun teaching kids to fish Dave
