 2 to 4 inches of good ice and 3 inches of bad ice on top.

Monday 12/27., 6:25 PM Congress Lake Rd\
  Spoke with 3 guys coming off the Moggie (East side of Congress)., Kept 20 gills between the 3 of them.  No bull-size gills, but keepers.

  Did not see anyone West of Congress Lake Rd
