okay we are less than a month away is mother nature going to help us out on this so we can go on our trip. Jeff what the update on the lake?

Don't give up the ship. Plenty of time...most years when the ice does come later we have great catches.

i hope so it will be my first time up on the big pond i can not wait for some ice.

I keep checking accuweathers 15 day forecast. No hope in sight
I know it may seem odd but Lake Erie has its best ice on odd #'d years

yeah, i hardly fish open water.  I go to canada in the spring and get spoiled. When the ice it hits im ready to hit the lakes every year. Also is the slow time of year at work.
 I have been trying to go up on erie during the spring and fall. Just cant find anyone that goes.
